Why Lotus? Well, a Lotus flower rises up through the mud into something beautiful. And I to have risen and continue to rise out of my shadows into all of my beauty. It is my goal here at Healing Lotus Warrior to hold space for you to do the same.
Through my work as a certified IET Master Instructor, Holy Fire Reiki Master and Intuitive Medium I hold space for my clients to peel back the layers stored in their cellular memory and DNA so they can step into and transform into their highest potential.

Integrated Energy Therapy
Integrated Energy Therapy is a hands-on healing therapy system that “gets the issues out of your tissues”…for good! It is a safe and gentle way of releasing energy blockages that can cause imbalance and disease in the body. IET promotes healing in all areas of our mental, emotional, physical and spiritual selves.
The focus of IET is on clearing suppressed cellular memories and emotions (even karmic ones) from the energy anatomy and human energy field. IET is based on a unique cellular memory map in which 9 primary areas of the energy anatomy are identified as storing specific suppressed emotions. These areas are then targeted for clearing. IET hand positions are used on the body to clear these 9 cellular memory areas.
Holy Fire Karuna Reiki
Holy Fire® Karuna Reiki is a hands-off energy healing technique that is both powerful and gentle and provides purification, healing, empowerment and guidance.
Holy Fire® energy is refined and comes from a higher level of consciousness. Some of the qualities clients have experienced include:

Intuitive Card Reading
Utilizing a variety of cards such as Tarot, Oracle, Animal Spirit cards I will co-create an extensive reading that dives into your Past, Present and Future. The purpose of these readings are to allow you a safe space to get out of your head and seek additional insight and confirmation. Prior to each reading you will have the opportunity to set intentions and think about what you want clarity on. Readings can either be done in person or remotely through Facetime or Zoom.
